BRINK is a creative digital agency pushing boundaries in web, mobile, social, video, and even indie film.

This is our blog. A place to cheer the successes and lament the failures. To give wisdom and share experiences. Sometimes it's business, sometimes it's pleasure, but it's always through the eyes of an agency living on the BRINK.

Enjoy!

BRINK is proud to announce a secret project we have been working on the past few months. It has been hard to keep this project under wraps, but so far we have handled it with care. Alas, now the time has come to announce it to the world. Our client is none other than the Santa Claus.
Santa gave us a jingle during the “offseason” (which, for him, apparently consists of mai tais, Hawaiian shirts, and Gilligan’s Island reruns). We immediately dashed at the opportunity to serve jolly old Saint Nick; the man is an icon, a legend, a childhood hero to kids from one to ninety-two. We also knew that his brand has diminished in recent decades, so it would be a fantastic opportunity to deck the halls with some awards.
So a few weeks later, we met with the big man and set out to give him a brand new identity. Not only did he need a fresh marketing strategy and a whole new branding approach, but he needed to be brought up to speed with social media. For example: he was joyful when he learned he could assess “naughtiness” for a lot of his clientele based solely on incriminating Facebook photos. It was clear after a few consultations, that from now on Santa’s troubles would be out of sight.
This month’s Tronic Magazine will feature a great cover story on what we did for Santa to transform his brand. We were also fortunate enough to capture the experience with a film crew, so be on the look out for a behind the scenes video soon.We are very pleased to have worked with Santa. Hopefully we can do the same transformation for you and your brand.
