Google I/O 2011 inspires apps and html 5

So far the abundance of information flooding in from Google I/O 2011 show a bright future for android application development as well as inspiring insight to the future of html 5. It’s clear that mobile development for phones and tablets is the current buzz and a strong focus for businesses and development houses. But as we progress we can see how much more impressive the platforms become. Android is looking very good these days and the paths opened by html 5 and the assortment of graphics libraries for both give much hope for smooth, simplified development and much much more impressive user interfaces. As the software becomes more able, the animations, sounds, and fluid movements of our apps and websites become more and more like the sci-fi movies’ gross exaggerations. This is good. We aspire to bring more life to the web and mobile apps. Android and html 5 are enabling all of us to do just that.

BrinkMedia is Official Honoree at The Webby Awards!

Kudos to our programming team for being an official honoree of this year’s Webby Awards for their work on the website http://globomaestro.com/.

The Webby Awards receives 10,000 entries, and of those entries only 10% are distinguished as an official honoree. So to be selected among the best is an incredible achievement worthy of praise… and some bragging rights as well.

Congratulations to the BrinkMedia Team!
